Value Gym

A round-based eye-training game. You're shown a point on an image and asked to guess its value tier on a slider.

When to use it

Daily, in short bursts. Best for closing the gap between what you think you see and the actual luminance on the page.

How to use it

  1. 01

Pick an image set and a difficulty — 5 tiers to start, 8 once you're consistent.

  2. 02

Each round, guess the tier at the marked point.

  3. 03

Read the reveal: the swatch shown both in context and isolated.

  4. 04

At the end, check your accuracy and your directional bias.

One practical tip

Watch the bias readout, not just the score. A consistent 'too dark' bias is more actionable than an average.
